ASSESSMENT & SUPPORT
Prior to application
for accreditation, we -come in and assess your situation. In
this fast paced healthcare environment, organizations want
to be sure they make the right choices as they move forward.
We assist in answering all the difficult questions that may
arise. We also complete a pre-application facility
assessment. This helps develop a goal oriented plan to
initiate your accreditation process, and design the best
approach to address the most challenging areas.
Consultations will help you determine which course best to
take.

JCAHO
STANDARDS TRAINING
Organizational success
will be based on how knowledgeable you and your staff are on
the JCAHO standards. This I day seminar will prepare you for
a successful survey. Divided into two parts, the morning
session gives you a general overview of the accreditation
journey, and the afternoon session targets the actual
standards and clarifies their interpretation. We recommend
this seminar be completed soon after your organization has
either applied for the survey or has decided to proceed with
accreditation. Seminars are available for specific services
like Subacute or Alzheimer's Dementia. Regional, corporate,
facility specific, state or national seminars, and tailor
made presentations are also available.

INTERNAL
SURVEYOR TRAINING
If you, are designating
an individual at your organization to spearhead the
accreditation process, this person will need to be prepared
for the challenge. Our individualized personal approach
provides you with all the tools you need to maintain your
organization's compliance before, during, and after survey.

MOCK SURVEY
You've worked hard at
getting your organization ready - so how do you look? What
else do you need to improve prior to survey? These questions
are analyzed and answered during a brief consultation
(usually 2 to 4 days depending upon the size and complexity
of your organization, as well as the number of programs
going for accreditation). This not only assesses your
readiness, but also allows your staff to experience how a
real survey may be. For DOH, these mock surveys are
recommended 4-6 months before. A comprehensive report will
be provided at the completion of our survey. This program is
a must for organizations striving to be the best!

MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
You've arrived! Your
organization is now accredited by the Joint Commission, but
with changes in both healthcare and within your
organization, you need to maintain a high level of readiness
at all times. Instead of trying to prepare a few months
before a triennial survey, regular consultation support can
keep your systems maintained without a lot of last minute
effort.
